A graduate in English Literature, she continues the family tradition by attending courses in Ayurvedic dietetics sponsored by the Ayurveda University in Pune, India.
She lived, worked, and meditated for over seven years at the Osho Meditation Resort in Pune, India.
In 2000, she qualified at the Traditional Ayurvedic Massage Institute in Pune and subsequently at the Yoga Academy in Pune under Master Dharmavirsingh Mahida, of the B.K.S. Iyengar school.
She later completed further yoga training and became a member of the Yoga Alliance, through which she was authorized to open her own school.
